                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF
                 PROPERTIES, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN,
                 FOR THE INNER CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acquisition of properties for the Inner City Development
       Corporation (ICDC) as shown more fully below:
            844 East 8th Street	     	       $  8,000.00
            1148 East 8th Street     	         29,500.00
            1150 East 8th Street     	         18,000.00
